This policy explains what Hyprr Retail collects when you use our website or submit an enquiry, how we use and store it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you request a catalog or contact us, we collect the information you provide in the form, which can include:

  • Your name and business or company name
  • Your email address
  • Your business type, marketplace and country
  • The brands, models and order details you tell us about
  • Any message you include
  • For wholesale verification: legal company name, business contact details, billing and shipping addresses, EIN, and resale certificate

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, send the requested catalog and availability information, and communicate with you about potential and actual wholesale orders. We do not sell your personal information.

Wholesale verification details are used to check business eligibility, prepare orders, and maintain tax records. The full EIN and uploaded resale certificate are held in private Vercel document storage, accessible only to authorized team members. HubSpot receives the business details, verification status, and only the final four EIN digits. Resend notification emails do not include the full EIN or certificate.

If analytics tools are enabled on this website, they are used to understand aggregate site usage — for example which pages are visited — and to improve the site.

How we share information

We use service providers to operate this website and manage enquiries, including Vercel for private document storage, HubSpot for customer records, and Resend for owner notifications. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not share your enquiry details with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention

For a wholesale verification that does not lead to an order, we review the full EIN and uploaded resale certificate 30 days after submission. If no order is being arranged and no legal reason requires retention, we delete those private documents. We may keep less sensitive enquiry and contact details for follow-up unless you ask us to delete them.

If an order is placed or a resale certificate supports a tax-exempt sale, we retain the certificate and related records for the period required by applicable tax law. We keep the full EIN only while it is needed for verification or tax records, then delete it.

You may request deletion sooner. We will delete information we no longer need, subject to records we must retain for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. To make a request, contact us through the Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
