Shipping Policy
This policy describes how shipping is arranged for wholesale orders supplied by Hyprr Retail.
Shipping methods
Depending on the order, available methods can include:
- Air freight — faster delivery for time-sensitive or higher-value orders
- Express courier — smaller urgent shipments
- Sea freight — cost-effective for larger volumes
- Full or partial containers (FCL / LCL) — substantial wholesale orders
Lead times and dispatch
Lead time is confirmed per order rather than published as a universal figure — it depends on the items, the quantity and where the goods ship from. We quote the expected lead time alongside the price, and an invoice is issued only once you have confirmed you are happy with it. No order is billed against a lead time you have not accepted.
At dispatch we confirm the shipment and provide tracking where the carrier and service support it. If anything on a confirmed order is going to slip, we tell you as soon as we know rather than letting a date pass quietly.
How shipping is confirmed
The appropriate shipping method depends on order size, destination, timing, product and availability. Shipping costs and estimated timing are confirmed with you before the order is finalized, as part of the purchase-order process.
We do not promise universal delivery times. Any delivery estimate applies only to the specific order for which it is confirmed.
Delivery and freight
Goods ship to the delivery address on your purchase order — either from our own warehouse or directly from the brand's distribution point, depending on the item and the order size. Larger orders usually ship direct, which means full original cases that have not been broken down or repacked.
Most orders move by air freight, which keeps lead times short. Freight and any applicable duties are quoted into the purchase order, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay. Sea freight and container shipments are available on larger orders where cost matters more than speed.
Documentation
Shipments are accompanied by the commercial documentation applicable to the transaction, which can include commercial invoices, packing lists and shipping documents.
Damage or discrepancies
Procedures for reporting transit damage, shortages or discrepancies are agreed in the commercial terms for each order. Report any issue promptly through the Contact page so it can be handled with the carrier and supplier channel.
